We are happy to say we work with all major insurance providers- Preferred Provider Organizations (or PPOs), including Aetna™, Assurant®, Cigna®, Humana®, United Health One™, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas®, and many more.

We do not accept HMOs.

Please note that while you may have health insurance coverage, fertility testing and treatment may not be covered under your plan. Don’t worry. We are here to help! Our insurance specialists will contact your insurance provider before your appointment to determine your coverage.

Determining Your Insurance Coverage       

We understand how daunting the path to fertility can be. Adding the stress of determining insurance coverage can make the process even more difficult, which is why we will do the heavy lifting for you.

Understanding What You Will Owe, And When.

The below steps give you an understanding of what to expect regarding finances and insurance before, and during, your time with us.

Before Your Appointment:

When you call to schedule your first appointment with us, our New Patient Coordinator will collect your insurance information upfront.

Next, this information will be entered into your patient account.

Our Insurance Specialist then verifies your coverage and determines whether it includes fertility treatment, and how much is covered.

You can expect a phone call from us one to two days before your appointment to let you know the cost of your consultation. (At this point, you only owe for the consultation at the time of service).

 At Your First Appointment

During your first appointment, the doctor will determine the best course of treatment based on your personal circumstance.

If your appointment is in person, you will have the opportunity to meet with our insurance specialist in person to discuss what you will be financially responsible for, based on your treatment plan and your individual insurance coverage.

If your appointment is via Telehealth, your pricing plan based on insurance coverage and treatment plan will be uploaded to your patient portal. When the information is available, you will receive a text message alerting you that it is ready for your review.

Throughout Your Time with Us

During your time with us, our Financial Counselors and Insurance Specialists will be continually available to you to answer any questions you may have. You will be fully informed of your financial obligations throughout your treatment based on your individual insurance coverage.
