Services
We offer specialized female and male
fertility evaluation
and infertility treatment options in the comfort and privacy of our beautiful
suite.
- In Vitro Fertilization (IVF):
Office-based ART procedure that
involves the ultrasound guided removal of a woman's eggs from her ovaries.
The eggs are fertilized with sperm and the resulting embryo is transferred
back to the woman's uterus.

- Options for patients with tubal ligations:
Most patients that have undergone a tubal ligation have a surgical treatment
option with tubal reversal surgery, or an office-based option
such as In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). IVF allows the female
patient to keep her ligated tubes and maintain control of her future
fertility.
- Tubal Reversal Surgery: This surgery is performed
at the hospital under anesthesia, possibly by mini-laparotomy (a small
incision above the pelvic bone). Recovery period, risks, benefits and
more will be discussed at the time of evaluation with the doctor.
- Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD):
PGD is a test performed in conjunction with
IVF used to evaluate the health of an embryo and presence of certain
serious inherited genetic disorders. Tests include: aneuploidy
testing (abnormal number of chromosomes), translocations and other structural
abnormalities, and single gene disorders (such as tay-sachs, cystic
fibrosis, sickle cell anemia, and many more).
- Options for patients with vasectomy, failed vasectomy reversal,
obstructions or other male factor conditions: Most men that
have undergone vasectomy or other conditions may benefit from an office-based
fertility option with TESE (detail listed below), or surgical
option with PESA. These procedures allow male patients to maintain
control of their fertility.
- Testicular Sperm Extraction (TESE):
Office-based procedure where oocytes are
injected with the sperm extracted from testicular biopsy. TESE is indicated
for men with vasectomy, blockage and other male factor conditions.
- Embryo Transfer (ET): introduction
of an embryo(s) into the uterus after IVF.
- Blastocyst Transfer -
ET utilizing an advanced stage blastocyst embryo. A blastocyst
is typically seen 5 to 6 days post egg retrieval.
- Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET):
ART cycle in which frozen embryos are thawed and transferred to
the uterus.
- Intrauterine Insemination (IUI):
procedure that places the sperm into the uterus to facilitate
fertilization.
- Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI):
a treatment for male factor infertility whereby a single sperm
is introduced directly into the egg. ICSI may be indicated for low sperm
count, low motility, low morphology, high ASA levels, prior failed IVF
or when using sperm from MESA, PESA or TESE.
